Let us praise our noble God
who rallies saints before him:
May we walk the way they trod
and endlessly adore him.

Doctors, virgins, sound his praise
and martyrs march abreast him;
men with children chorus praise,
all they whose, lives confessed him!

Mind or heart has never guessed
their joy and consolation:
for our Saviour's name is blessed
in them, his royal nation!

May the blessed shield our way
through prayer to their rewarder:
may he ever guide our days
In peace and starlight order.
